So Today i received an email that my client has lost an additional overal 4.5 inches. Way To go. I am so proud and happy. I know that this person will continue to lose and adjust their lifestyle habits for better food/exercise choices. It just gets easier and easier the more you go.

People must remember the first 30 or more days are always the hardest. You fight so many changes in your body, in your mind, your emotions, etc. it is always a challenge. But if you continue to work through it, have positive people around you, a support group, exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, make good healthy eating choices, and do what ever it takes including but not limited to. Hypnosis,exercise, nurtinionalist, etc. You cannot fail. Just remember sometimes losing is winning.

LOSE WEIGHT = WINNING in your ultimate goal.

CONGRATS IM SO HAPPY thats over 15 total INCHES lost in a months time.

So today I received a pleasant message from my client that i’ve been working with. Since march they have lost a total of 10.25 total inches from their body and almost 1 percent BMI loss. That is fantastic. Keep it up I am so proud of you.

So this week we are back again with my client that i’ve been working on with weight control. Client this week reported another 1.2 pounds down. And still going. I am so proud that they are committed to continuing the journey to a healthier lifestyle. Cant wait to speak to them again in our next session for the specifics. Good Job and way to go.

Hypnosis Client Week 3 Weight Control

So this week i received an online message from my Client that i’ve been assisting with Weight control and weight loss. This week week number 3 marks another 2 pounds lost. WAY TO GO. So happy to hear the news. thats now a total of almost 8 pounds in 3 weeks.

Now i know many people think that losing only 1 or 2 pounds doesn’t seem like a lot. How ever the truth is, Fast weight loss is never good, its not healthy for anyone to lose alot of weight rapidly. Steady slow weight loss is the best for you as well as helping you to keep it off.

Hypnosis and weight loss

As a Certified Hypnotist I recognize how difficult it is for some people to lose motivation and determination while trying to reach their goal weight.  We all have times where we eat out of boredom, out of stress, out of comfort, and other emotional needs. Dieting in and of itself just does not work. We work hard to lose the weight that we want but eventually we all hit a plateau and then we get frustrated and fall off the wagon.

Let’s look at why diets by themselves don’t work.

We tend to starve ourselves and feel that we are denying ourselves of foods we love to eat.

Diets do not address the reasons why we eat what we eat and under what emotions we eat.

We also tend to not address underlying reasons why we eat to sooth our emotions.

Why we love junk food and reach for the ultra carbs and tend to not eat healthy.

After we stop dieting and have lost weight we tend to pack it back on. Many diets do not help you to retrain your mind to eat healthy as a lifestyle.

There are many other reasons people find it hard to reach goal weights and keep the weight off.

 

In order to effectively lose weight and keep it off a few things need to take place.

You must Exercise several times a week and build up your cardio to help your body burn unneeded calories.

You also need to Drink a lot of water. Water helps to flush out the body of toxins and also helps to satisfy a hunger need when you truly are not hungry.

You need also to retrain your mind to eat healthy as a lifestyle and make it a part of your everyday normal routine. (this itself is not a diet) but an unconscious thought and habit that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

You also need to work on why your habit was started. In the beginning most people had underlying issues or reasons why it happened.

With hypnosis I help to teach people while in hypnosis how to change their eating habits so that they continue to eat in healthy ways. Reaching for good wholesome foods, drinking plenty of water, super charging their motivation for exercise to reach their goal.

Also during hypnosis sessions I try to find why we reach for certain foods, what emotions we are using when we binge, overeat, and underlying issues that have sat in our subconscious minds for years. It is a whole body mind approach to eating healthy for life.

Fast weight loss is not healthy and normally does not stay. Gastric Bypass is expensive but also has its own problems, such as food getting stuck, throwing up foods, the band slipping, and several other issues that can arise from the surgery.

In order to lose weight and help keep it off hypnosis addresses many concerns that people have about how to eat healthy, increase their metabolism, train their subconscious minds to be more healthy in choices of foods.

Hypnosis is an incredible tool to help you relax, overcome fears, change habits, and create positive change that will last for a life time.

In order to eat to succeed you have to focus on all areas, the emotional, habitual, determination, (the mind) , physical (exercise) , understanding why you eat what you eat and make conscious choices.

A well balanced diet of good wholesome foods and exercise is a great and puts you on the right track. Motivation is also needed. When it comes to changing your lifestyle for life push yourself, let others push you, and succeed.

So this week My client let me know they lost another 2.4 pounds. Way to go Am so happy for them. It’s a wonderful feeling when you see the results showing each week in a safe way and steady. Things are going to be a beautiful summer and year for them.

Yesterdays Hypnosis Session

Met with my client on Sunday for another session of Hypnosis in order to help create change in the clients life to become more healthy happy and full of energy. In the past week client has lost so far a total of 3 lbs that was from their report on Thursday. I have no doubt that they will continue to lose more and more each week. I am so happy to see the changes this person has gone through and I know it will make a lasting impact on them for the rest of their life.
